Azienda Agraria Semonte Srl, in the person of its legal representative, is the Data Controller for  processing your personal data which you (the Data Subject) provide us. We collect the following types of personal data:

  1. What we do with the information and who we may communicate your data to

Your personal data is processed at our head office in Loc. Semonte – 06024 Gubbio. The data is hosted and archived at Keliweb SRL, with registered office in Via Bartolomeo Diaz, 35 – 87036 Rende (CS).

We will give you the “legal basis” for each of the aforementioned purposes, i.e. the grounds on which processing is permitted, and we will clarify which processing is mandatory and which depends on your choice.

We need to process the data as described in order to enter into and complete our contracts and to fulfil our associated legal obligations. It is also carried out in the interest of our Company in order to accept and execute the relationship and to fulfil the obligations arising from it and, in any event, to protect contractual dynamics. Data collection for the aforementioned purposes is, therefore, necessary and constitutes an essential requisite to conclude and execute the contract. Failure to do so would prevent us from supplying our products and/or providing our services.

In any event, for your maximum protection, you may ask for information and/or oppose processing at any time for any specific purpose using the procedures given at the bottom of this privacy notice.

No third party has access to your data unless specifically required by law or envisaged as an integral part of our contractual obligations to you, without which we would be unable to provide you with our products and/or services.

 

  1. How long we keep your data and how we process it

Pursuant to Italian law, we are obliged to keep the legally binding documents, which are part of the processing, for a mandatory period of time established by those same laws according to our Data Conservation Policy. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed. All the data we hold to notify you of updates to our products and services, or for commercial and marketing activities, or to prepare activities not bound by law, will be kept until you notify us you no longer wish to receive such information. Your data will be processed on paper and/or electronically. The security and correct conservation of your data are paramount to us, as is the prevention of unauthorised or unlawful access and the accidental loss or destruction of your data.

This is why processing is performed in compliance with adequate security measures, both directly and by any external Data Processors and by any adequately trained individuals under their authority. In the event of any joint offers with other companies, the latter could operate autonomously as “Data controllers” for the processing they carry out.
